It has been an incredibly busy year for everyone connected with BMA. Before we close our offices for the Christmas break, we just wanted to reflect on some of the projects we have been involved in during 2015 and look forward to what is to come in the next twelve months.

As many of you will know, we are always looking to grow the business and as part of our continued evolution, we launched our new website and branding in July of this year. The new site offers far more information about the wealth of services we can offer and is a platform we are looking to build upon in the New Year with the addition of a new case studies section.

During the year we have also been fortunate enough to work on a wide variety of projects and with some high profile clients. Just a few of those projects include:

  • University of East Anglia: When the University of East Anglia chose to refurbish their Paston House accommodation block, we were tasked by contractors Morgan Sindall to carry out the decorating. This incorporated 288 bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms and communal areas.
  • Station Hotel, Norwich: The £700,000 refurbishment of the Station Hotel in Norwich took five months to complete and saw us utilise all of our trades to carry out all the work ourselves – including decorating 18 ensuite bedrooms, plastering throughout and even undertaking work to replace the roof structure.
  • Wymondham Leisure Centre:  The refurbishment of Wymondham Leisure Centre is being completed in two instalments. As part of phase one, our team were tasked with decorating a newly constructed extension to the building, the swimming pool area and changing rooms.

As we move towards 2016, we hope to continue to provide our clients with a reliable and efficient service. You will have seen in our recent blog that we have taken on a number of new skilled tradespeople, with the aim of expanding the work we already carry out as part of our property maintenance service into standalone services. Keep an eye on our website for more information about this in the New Year.

So, as we head off to enjoy the Christmas break, we just wanted to take this opportunity to wish all of our staff, clients and suppliers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
