Over the past 15 years, we have worked with some of the UK’s leading contractors on a wide range of commercial decorating projects; including Kier, Graham Construction and Morgan Sindall. Having impressed with the quality of our workmanship and the professionalism of our operatives, these contractors have since contacted us regarding subsequent projects to enquire about the availability of our services.
Some of our most recent projects include:
• University of East Anglia
Working with the lead contractor, Morgan Sindall, we were asked to undertake the interior decorating for the refurbishment of the Paston House accommodation block at the University of East Anglia. This project included 288 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, the ceilings and communal kitchens, hallways and stairwells.
• City College Norwich
As part of a series of works to improve facilities on the site at City College Norwich, we were appointed by lead contractor Kier to provide operatives to complete the internal decorating for a new building. The project, which took approximately three months to complete saw the creation a large classroom area, individual changing areas, wheelchair storage and personal care suites for learners with Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD).
• Wymondham Leisure Centre
Following the success of recent projects with Kier, we were delighted to be asked to provide decorating services as part of work to triple the size of Wymondham Leisure Centre. We provided decorating services throughout the expanded building; including the swimming pool area, and newly enlarged changing facilities.
